Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within about 2 days. Delivery time then depends on your location — typically 2–4 days for metro and Tier-1 cities and 4–7 days for Tier-2 cities and beyond. Customised pieces add a little make time before dispatch, and express delivery is available if you need it sooner.
Customised orders take longer because each piece is engraved and made specifically for you rather than shipped from ready stock. That extra crafting time is what makes the piece uniquely yours.

Yes! When you bring back five clean Lush #5 plastic pots (black or clear) to our stores, you can exchange them for a free fresh face mask. The pots go to our recycling partners in Vancouver and Toronto where they’re recycled into new pots for our products.

Payments~
We accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery on selected orders. All online payments are processed securely.
Cash on delivery is available on selected orders, including some customised products. For personalised items, prepaid online payment is recommended since each piece is made specifically to your order.
Returns and exchanges~
Non-customised products are eligible for return or exchange, while customised products are eligible only if they arrive defective, since they’re made uniquely for you. Check the returns policy for full conditions. See returns policy.
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before production or shipping has started. Once a customised piece enters production, it can no longer be cancelled because it’s being made specifically for you.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, We will replace it at no extra cost. Contact the team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo so it can be resolved quickly.
For eligible (non-customised) products, We offers exchange options to make sure you’re satisfied. Customised pieces can’t be exchanged for preference reasons, since they’re personalised to your order, but the team will help if there’s a defect.
