You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

What Can Be Returned:

  • Non-fitting items (wrong size delivered or ordered).
  • Defective or damaged products received upon delivery.
  • Items significantly different from what was ordered on our website.

What Cannot Be Returned:

  • Personalised, custom, or engraved products (unless received defective or damaged).
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or invoices.
  • Items requested for return after the 7-day delivery window.

3. Store Credit Refund System

Refunds at Kanakvarshini are processed as Store Credit. Once your return is approved, credit will be issued directly to your Kanakvarshini account/store credit balance for use on any future order.

  • Instant: No waiting period for bank processing once approved.
  • No Expiry: Your store credit never expires.
  • Flexible: Applicable to any product across our entire catalog.

4. Cash Refunds

Cash refunds to your original payment method are reserved for specific circumstances:

  • For Defective, Damaged, or Wrongly Sent Products:You may choose between:
    • Store Credit (Instant processing), OR
    • Cash Refund back to your original payment method / bank account (processed within 5–7 business days).
  • For All Other Returns (e.g., non-fitting, size issues, change of mind):Refunds are issued as Store Credit only.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit Request:Email us at contact@palevioletred-goldfish-700903.hostingersite.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91-9818151452 with your Order Number, details of the issue, and photos (if defective/damaged).
  2. Pack Your Return:Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Clearly write your Order Number on the outside of the package.

  4. Inspection & Credit Issuance:Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 1 business day), your store credit or refund will be issued, and you will receive an immediate confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries: Kanakvarshini will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.
  • Size Changes & General Returns: Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
